The Frame Tank is a robust, rapid deployable frame supported fabric tank for the storage of liquids from hydrocarbons to water purification or waste.
The Frame Tank is ideal for situations requiring mobile rapid liquid storage facilities on virtually any terrain while being simple to assemble and robust.

The standard Frame Tank consists of the following three items:
1. Modular Support Frame
An Engineered modular galvanised steel or Aluminium framework with stainless steel
quick connectors and retaining pins.
2. Main Tank
A heavy duty 820gsm Elvaloy coated Nylon reinforced circular fabric tank fitted with;
1 x 2" / 50mm or 3" / 76mm inlet/outlet male BSP threaded fitting with PVC ball valve.
1 x 1" / 25mm BSP threaded Nylon decanting fitting with PVC ball valve.
3. Protective Ground Cover
A heavy-duty ground cover which the main tank and frame is assembled on top of
providing additional protection from the ground.

Main Tank
24 oz/yd2 (820gsm) Nylon reinforced Elvaloy suited to prolonged exposure to the elements,
and UV with a good resistance to oils/hydrocarbons.

- 1 x inlet/outlet flange fitting (up to 3"/76mm) male BSP thread with PVC ball valve
- 1 x Decanting fitting 1"/25mm male BSP thread Nylon flange fitting with PVC ball valve

Protective Ground Cover
Heavy duty 20oz/yd2 (650gsm) Polyester Ripstop reinforced PVC providing resistance to wear and tear, puncture and UV.

Optional Accessories
Fill/Discharge Snorkel
The snorkel enables a hose to be secured to the tank for both filling and discharge, this provides a quick and clean connection preventing possible spill caused by surges in pumping.
Available in either 2"/50mm or 3"/76mm and supplied in aluminium the snorkel clips to the Frame Tank upper frame with one end dropping into the tank finishing approx 3"/75mm from the base.
The snorkel is fitted with a male camlock fitting enabling hoses to be connected directly for both filling and vacuum discharge.
Weatherproof Canopy
Custom fitted top cover providing full weather protection for the contained liquid. Consisting of a 24 oz/yd2 (820gsm) Nylon reinforced Elvaloy canopy.
- Webbing and clip attachments fitted for connecting to main tank.
- Galvanised steel roof support frame components.
- Colour: Black, Yellow or Int. Orange.
Dual Skin Main Tank
For extreme conditions or added assurance the Frame Tank can be supplied with a dual skin Main Tank. Consists of a 24 oz/yd2 (820gsm) Nylon reinforced Elvaloy liner fitted inside the main tank providing additional protection and puncture resistance.
- The liner is available in Hydrocarbon or potable water grade materials.
- With this option both the Main and Liner tanks are fitted with web and clip attachments.
