Uses:

• Precautionary sealing of Fuel Vents
• Sealing of Fuel Vents of stricken or damaged vessels liable to sink
• Sealing of Fuel Vents of a sunken vessel to prevent further fuel leakage

Ease of Use:

The vent bag is supplied with an open base to suit the vent pipe size.
Simply slide the bag over the vent pipe, gather the excess fabric and tighten with the rubber lashing.
For underwater installation the lashing and retaining hook has been specially selected for ease of handling when wearing divers gloves.

Controlled Fuel Draw Off:

The Vent Bag is fitted with a 40mm /1.5" nylon BSP threaded fitting and blanking cap.
For situations where draw off is required, a ball valve hose can be fitted to the bag fitting allowing controlled draw off.

Size:

The Vent Bag is available standard for small commercial vessels or customised for a vessel class.
